If you return your goods within 30 days, with proof of purchase and the goods have not been used and are unopened in their original packaging; we’ll give you a full refund via a store credit less any postage and handling costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send a message to email@example.com if you’d like to set up a return with us. Make sure you include your full name and email address used in the order or the order number, so we can look up your order and process it.
Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty or if you have received the wrong product.
For any other reason, you will be required to send the product back & cover the S&H (Shipping and Handling) fees associated with that.
Once we receive the package, please allow 7 business days for us to process the return & issue you a refund or store credit.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to pass on handling costs of up to 10% per item for every return.
